It’s in a great location, just off the A1M and the range of businesses will be great for the local community. The Country Store and Spellows Café have already received much interest and as they are both open seven days a week they’ll be filling a much needed gap in the local area and I’m confident of their success. The meeting room in the Warren building is now finished and available for hire.  It’s in such a convenient location with great facilities and reasonable costs and will be perfect for small or startup businesses that need a venue for meetings.”
